The founder
Paola Palmesano, founder and managing director.
Paola founded Ubloom in 2024 after more than 25 years as an entrepreneur in corporate training and business services. She previously founded and led Effetto, a training agency accredited by the Piedmont Region, and today she also leads HERvolution, a benefit corporation dedicated to women's empowerment through technology.
